We all know about curd, it is a dairy product and available in your daily grocery shop or you can make it at home by coagulating milk in a process called curdling. Curd is good for health as well as your natural beauty. Lets see how we can use Curd for Health and Beauty

Curd as Sun Tan Cream: Prepare a paste with 2 tbsps. of green gram powder by adding sufficient amount of curd to it. Spread this paste on your expose area like face and neck. Leave it for 30 min and wash it off with warm water. Do continue this for couple of days and observe the result. There is no side effects using curd, affordable and you will get better results than cosmetic products.

Curd Treats Acne Problem: Make a fine paste by adding 2 tsps. of aloe vera pulp, juice of half lemon, 2 tsp of curd and 2 tsp of turmeric powder. Apply it on acne affected area. Let it dry then wash it with cold water.

Curd for Gray Hair: Soak 1 cup of henna powder in 2 cups of warm tea decoction. Leave it for two to three hours.
