How to Get Rid of Acne Scars and Dark Spots

Treating acne scars and dark spots is little tough but not impossible. 1. Cinnamon Powder:

Take half a teaspoon of cinnamon powder and half a teaspoon of nutmeg powder to the bowl. Add one spoon of organic honey and 3 to 5 drops of lemon juice to the bowl and make a smooth paste using a fork. Clean your face by washing it with a lukewarm water then apply the mix all over your face mainly on the affected areas. Let it sit for about 15 to 20 minutes allow it to dry. Initially you may feel an itching, tingling sensation, it is because of the acidity from the lemon which is a natural bleach and cleanser. If your skin is sensitive skip lemon from the recipe or test it on hand before using. Use this mask at least thrice a week for a month to see a visible difference on your skin thus you will have a spot-free complexion.

2. Lemon Juice:

Combine 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp almond oil, 2 tbsp Milk in a bowl and give a proper mix then apply on the dark spots and scars once in a day for 1 to 2 weeks to see the change. Vitamin C in lemon juice works as a natural bleach and acid in lemon juice can fight against dark spots and rebuild collagen. Regular use of lemon juice gives you bright skin by making the scars, spots lighter and less visible.

3. Baking Soda:

Baking soda is another common therapy for eliminating spots through its exfoliating properties. Take 1 tbsp of baking soda and mix with water to make a paste.  With your fingertips Softly massage your face with the paste focusing on pimple marks for about 2 minutes. Let the paste sit on face for few minutes then wash with warm water. Using this procedure twice or thrice a week for better results.

4. Raw Potato:

You must believe it; Raw potato can do wonders on your skin by removing acne blemishes and dark spots, but u need to apply it on regularly with patience. Take a potato slice and gently massage all over your face in a circular motion until u left with dry piece with no juice. Leave it for 20 min let the skin absorb the juice and wash it off. Ensure you use this potato massage thrice a week for at least 1 month.
