How Does Green Tea Reduce Hair Loss


Green tea contains rich antioxidants as well as presence of caffeine that increases blood circulation in the scalp and stimulate hair follicles to boost up the growth of your hair. Some lab studies also shows its benefit in preventing hair loss.

You can use green tea as a mild shampoo on own or mix up with any other liquid like aloe vera or lemon. This removes impurities, paving way for new healthy hair.

How to Make Green Tea for Hair :


Take a hot water in a jug then pour some green tea leaves/green tea bag and cover it. Let it absorb for 5 to 10 minutes. Then strain the liquid. Once the tea cools down, add aloe Vera gel (optional) and use.

Use it as a final rinse. Pour the green tea water into your hair. Work it into your scalp and hair and leave it on for 3 to 5 minutes. Then rinse off with cool water to lock in the shine. You can use this tea once a week
