Walking is the best & easy exercise to help you stay in fit, feel more energetic & make you healthy. You no need to fix a perticular time for walking just do the following
- Avoid bikes for small distances (like if you are going to buy the vegetables or any other small shopping near by your place)
- Walk to the stairs instead of taking lift when your going to home or office
- Go out for a walk at lunch time instead of sitting in a cafeteria or at your desk and see the difference it makes.
- Take your coffe or tea yourself dont ask your friends to bring when they are going
